Extremely disappointing

Looks good in the App Store but on an iPad Air it doesn’t always know the Mindwave is connected, is very slow to start, the scaling controls don’t appear to work, the help screen when you’re in the EEG and Bandlogger modes are windowed as if for an iPhone and where’s the display that shows attention and meditation? All in all it’s a mess and I feel I’ve been ripped off. The app could be salvaged but some serious effort is needed.
